Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Provides administrative and operational support to executives. Researching and organizing data to represent the senior management. Compiling expense reports. Performing bookkeeping tasks. Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information. Keeping confidential information.
